Part of the SIM tray on my iPhone X got bent. The phone works fine but the tray isn’t flush to the phone like it should be. It sticks out a bit and I’m worried about water resistance. Are replacement SIM card trays available for purchase?

There is no source for replacement trays. Make an appointment at the Genius Bar of the nearest Apple store to have them examine your phone. They will explain your options there.
