I havent used my iphone 4 in a few years and i just found it and it wont let me download snapchat because it says i need to download the ios 9.0 but you cant do that on the iphone 4 what do i do to get snapchat

I haven't used my iphone 4 in years it wants me to download ios 9.0 update but the iphone 4 doesn't go that high all I want is snapchat but it won't let me download it without the ios 9 HELP

The last iOS for iPhone 4 was 7.1.2 and cannot go any higher. So you cannot use this application.
