Macbook pro keyboard language option when buying

I was wondering that the 'Keyboard language' option in the order page for a macbook pro means.

Does it mean that I get the macbook preconfigured with this language as default or that I will get a different physical keyboard layout as well?

Reason I am asking is because I was interested in getting the US-style keyboard layout (with the horizontal enter key), but from the UK store.
