Can't open my Photos after updating OS

I updated my Mac Pro OS for High Sierra 10.13.1 about 4 days ago. After that I can't open the Photos.When I click on it it starts to update the Library and after 17% quits completely. Tried several times, doesn't work.😕

Anybody can help? Thanks.
