Signal strength and battery icon gone

I bought an iPhone X for my wife and I. My wife's status bar is missing the cellular network strength icon and battery icon from the status bar. The only thing that appears is LTE or wifi icon.

I know the battery percentage is gone, but the cellular network strength icon and battery icon should be there, it's on my phone, but my wife's phone doesn't have it.

Both phones were updated to iOS 11.1.1 before backing up to iTunes and both of them were restored from iTunes and not from iCloud.

Anyone have a solution or share the same problem? Thanks
