Ive got a problem with security questions for purchasing from apple store

1. I dont remember the answers ive givven years ago

2. I wanted to reset it , but it said thad they give me code , to reset the security questions , and they said , they have sent it to negarsedehi 2

3. I just have 1 account , one email address which is ************

And ive already bought 100$ For my apple id to purchase ..

what can i do ? How can i reset it ? I want to purchase some app from apple store
