iCloud Drive do not update for W7

My PC + W7 stops iCloud Drive synchronisation circa 20 days ago. The syncronisation between iPhone 8 and iPad Pro (iOS 11.1) works fine.

I have tried reinstal iCloud for Win (V 7.1.034) but no suscess.

Could somebody helps me how to restart synchronisation?
