siri control missing iOS 11.1.1
The siri control is missing from the settings list after updating to iOS 11.1.1. I cannot check the condition of siri or control it in any way. This is an unacceptable software flaw for my use of an iPhone.

First, go to Settings > General > Restrictions and be sure your option for Siri and Dictation is on (green). If you forget your Restrictions passcode, you need to erase your device, then set it up as a new device to remove the Restrictions passcode. Restoring your device using a backup won't remove the Restrictions passcode.
