my iPhone 6s plus speaker button, iPhone video sound & calling sound won't work

My iPhone has never had any water damage, it doesn't have a crack and has always been in an otter box. When i take videos on my iPhone you can't hear them, when people call me the phone will ring but when i answer there is no speaker button and you can't hear both ways. The sound on other videos such as Facebook videos work and the phone speaker works to ring but other then that it won't call. My bill is all updated, it is just the calling that won't work. The phone worked fine until this summer when the bell towers went down for a whole day and after that all of this happened but i live 3 hours from an apple store and work full time so haven't been that way to take it to a store and i also can't call the apple store because the calling won't work but i have had it to a telus store and they do not know what is wrong with it.
