iPhone Clips 2.0 scenes do not move

When using Clips 2.0(build 4040.0) on my iPhone X, none of the scenes will move around. They appear to be stuck looking staight up at the sky. I can see birds flying and I can hear the sounds, but no matter what I do with the phoe, the view never changes.
