i want to delete folders in notes

Hi, all

I'm trying to permanently delete folders in notes, I have tried deleting on my iphone 6, macbook 12 and icloud ... but somehow (and it drives me crazy now) they magically sync and appear again, where or how can I delete the folders, so my notes look clean and organized, help, pretty plese=)
