I recently was denied to speak to a relation specialist after I complained to the technical support staff.
I have been having extensive issues with I phone 7 plus. After complaining to the technical support and not being satisfied I asked to talk to relation specialist. They would not hear my grievances. Is this the norm for Apple? I have been a faithful Apple customer since 1982 but the last few years customer service has been lacking. Has anyone else experienced the same.
