multimedia audio controller not working. no sound

i have a brand new macbook pro and with no audio running windows 10 in vmware.

i've downloaded the latest bootcamp and when i try to run it in win10 it says it's not intended for this computer.

i can't find cirrus logic win10 device drivers anywhere.

if i try to install the cirrius logic driver that is in the windows support folder downloaded from bootcamp nothing changes.
