Macbook screen flickering

My macbook pro 2016(without touch bar) screen has started to flicker for last couple of months. Basically it started when i updated mac os sierra. I tried resetting NVRAM , SMC & display preference setting too. It's still flickering! It looks like it rapidly turns on and off. I talked to their customer helpline. They suggested to bring it to their apple store. But unfortunately I live in Bangladesh, and there is no authorized store in my country. After buying such an expensive product, such kind of problem really kills the joy. Anyone have any honest suggestion. Plz help me!
