I see that you've upgraded to an iPhone X and you're receiving the message "Purchase of this item is not currently available."
Check to see if there is an iCloud backup or restore that's in progress by going to Settings > Apple ID (your name) > iCloud > iCloud Backup. If there is, tap "Cancel Backup" or "Stop Restore."
