Thanks for participating in the Apple Support Communities.

I see that you've upgraded to an iPhone X and you're receiving the message "Purchase of this item is not currently available."

Check to see if there is an iCloud backup or restore that's in progress by going to Settings > Apple ID (your name) > iCloud > iCloud Backup. If there is, tap "Cancel Backup" or "Stop Restore."

Let us know if one of these options was the solution.

I checked and indeed it does say "Stop restoring phone". After activating my new iPhone X on Saturday all icons appear to now be loaded so why does it think it's still restoring? What will I stop it loading now if I touch "stop restoring iPhone"?
