Record screen with sound!

Hello everyone,

We are trying to record game-playing on the iPhone 7+ (iOS 11.1.1), and when we are done recording, the
sound is okay when reviewing the video from the gallery, but when we upload the
video to Google Drive, the video is without sound most of the times. Some videos
will include the phone sounds (Music from the apps, or sounds from the game)
and some videos we made remarkably recorded the sound of our voices as we
wanted.

We don’t know what we are doing different with each video, and each time we just press record, but we get
a different outcome. How can we make this work so that we end up with a screen
recording with sound?
