medical applications

I have bought some medical applications in the past from App Store. Such as "Obstetrics and Gynecology" in 2011 which costed me almost 45 euro. Now with the iOS update 11.1.1 is not working.

Did i waste my money?

Is there anything that i can do for this to make it work?
