Hello INeedHelpWithQuestions,

Thank you for using Apple Support Communities!

I understand from your post that an incorrect backup was restored to your work iPhone. If a backup of your work information was created, you can restore that backup to your iPhone. The following article has steps which will help you locate iTunes backups:

Locate backups of your iPhone, iPad, and iPod touch - Apple Support

Locate a specific backup:

  1. Open iTunes. Click iTunes in the menu bar, then choose Preferences.
  2. Click Devices.
To determine if a backup is for your iPhone, hover your mouse over the name of the backup. A box should appear which shows the serial number of the iPhone that backup was created from. Make note of the date and time the backup with your work iPhone serial number and then restore that backup to your work iPhone.

Also, if you have ever created an iCloud backup for your work iPhone, you may be able to restore the iCloud backup. iCloud: Restore or set up your iOS device from iCloud

Best Regards.
