Iphone 7 restore help

I have an iPhone 7 work phone and I plugged it into mac for first time and it said start as new or back up from latest backup. which was at 11:51 and It was 11:53 so I thought It was a backup for it,So I backed it up, then it restored it to my sisters phone thats titled the same. I need the old content on my work phone back can I undo it to old info?

I understand from your post that an incorrect backup was restored to your work iPhone. If a backup of your work information was created, you can restore that backup to your iPhone. The following article has steps which will help you locate iTunes backups:

Locate backups of your iPhone, iPad, and iPod touch - Apple Support

Locate a specific backup:

  1. Open iTunes. Click iTunes in the menu bar, then choose Preferences.
  2. Click Devices.
To determine if a backup is for your iPhone, hover your mouse over the name of the backup. A box should appear which shows the serial number of the iPhone that backup was created from. Make note of the date and time the backup with your work iPhone serial number and then restore that backup to your work iPhone.

Also, if you have ever created an iCloud backup for your work iPhone, you may be able to restore the iCloud backup. iCloud: Restore or set up your iOS device from iCloud
