most recent updates disabled visual voicemail. How do i resolve this?

I have this same problem. Was on the phone with Carrier (ATT) and she said my settings are correct. She even deleted them and re established and still no visual voice mail. I get a big blank screen that just says in a tiny box "Call Voicemail"???

I was running 11.1 (public beta) and noticed after I got off the phone with carrier that 11.2 was available. Downloaded/installed. No change.

Any other ideas? Thanks!!

Hey... not sure if you have fixed it or not but I've been battling with this for days... talked to carrier, rebooted, etc. Found this on a random search and IT WORKS!!! Let me know if it helps you!

Tip 2. Turn on/off Airplane Mode.

Some users have already fixed the iOS 11 no visual voicemail problem by this method. Go to Settings > Turn on Airplane Mode > Turn it off after 30 seconds.

Contact your carrier. They will have to re-activate it on their end.

Nope. It's a carrier problem. Call them back and tell them to re-provision your account. Escalate the call until you get someone who understands what provisioning is.
