I want OS 10.12.n back

I upgraded to high sierra from Sierra 10.12.n. Now I cannot run (e.g) Microsoft Office and Filemaker Pro. and it will cost hundreds to get compatible versions. So how can I undo the upgrade and re-install OS 10.12.n and where do I go to start the process?

iMac, Mac OS X (10.7), Using Safari
