Restore From iCloud Not Complete After 8 Days

Started restoring my iPhone X last week from my old iPhone 6 backup. Tried to download and install the iOS 11.1.1 update today and was told the restoration process is not complete.

So far all my photos, settings and apps have been loaded on the new phone, so I am not sure why the restoration process is still incomplete. Is there a way to speed it up or check the current progress on the restoration (i.e. % complete)?
