Question: I get this pop up from the Mac Twitter app all the time

I am only logged in on my iPhone, desktop and Mac with this twitter account. Can you tell me what the problem might be?

I don't use Twitter but it seems to me that message is telling you there is a limit to the number of devices you can be logged in as "wokeupinastorm" at any given time. That limit appear to be three devices.

It's not a message generated by macOS. It's a Twitter thing.

Fixing it appears to require logging out from Twitter on any one of those devices, then click Reconnect. Otherwise, click Continue with Delay and tolerate whatever delay results from using too many devices at once.
