Apple Music

My apple music is attached to my user id for a different email address and I do not have the devices any more it sends code to these devices but I do not have them how can I update the email address to be another email address

as I can not sign in

Apple ID email address or password - What to do after you change I suggest doing this before you change your Apple ID or password.

Change your rescue email at https://appleid.apple.com.
