Do you fill out a w9 for iTunes Connect?

I've searched for an answer to this but can't seem to find a clear-cut response. I'm signing up with iTunes Connect to sell iBooks. Will I fill out a w9, do they send a 1099 form or how does this work for when it comes times to file income taxes (I liven the US)?
