On a Mac that is less that three years old, the Apple Store is about the only place that can get the exact parts required.
In the US, be sure to enquire about "depot repair" which you should expect to take just over a week, including transit time (despite their protestations that it takes less) and can cost far less.

If your MacBook is OVER three years old, there will be "computer junkyard" screen assemblies available, which have been removed from similar Macs that died from other causes. These can be substituted for your screen assembly quickly and comparatively cheaply, often with a very modest warranty.
