problems copying 4GB files to USB MS-DOS (32FAT) format using 10.13.1

I have been using WD My Passport 1TB USB HDD to copy music, movies and photos on my iMac to watch on my LG TV. It has worked perfectly until I downloaded Mac OS 10.13.1 yesterday, now I cannot copy a 2.27 GB file to the HDD. I am getting an error saying the file is to large for the volume. Is this a problem with the Mac OS 10.13.1 upgrade, is there a work-around available?

iMac (Retina 5K, 27-inch, Late 2015), OS X El Capitan (10.11.4)

It seems that the 32FAT on my USB Device, after downloading MacOS 10.13.1, can not accept files higher that 2.15 GB. The only way to download a 2.3GB movie on it is to trim it in 2 parts and then transfer it on the USB Device.

And if I convert a 32FAT into an ExFat, I can download a movie with no trouble, but my 5 years old Samsung Smart TV won't be able to recognize the USB Device!!!

I don't have to watch BRAZIL anymore because I'm living it!
