Calling and video problem.

Hello there,

For the past week whenever I make or receive calls I cannot hear my phone dialing, the other person, nor can they hear me. Also, my video recorder won’t record... at all. Not on snap chat, the main photo app installed in the phone or any other video taking application. Please help... I have an iPhone 7 Plus.
