Hi deleted a contact by mistake how do I get it back

iCloud: Restore your contacts, calendars and reminders, or bookmarks

log into iCloud.com got to settings and towards the bottom is an option to restore contacts.

Now that will only work if you use iCloud contacts. If not you'll have to restore a backup to your phone to a time when you had the contact
