iOS 11.1.1 Music Volume Problem

After installing iOS 11.1.1, I noticed that my downloaded music in the Music application was a lot quieter than it originally was.

The volume of the music differed by at least 20% volume even though I had my music at 100% volume.

I thought my headphones had broken as they were playing a lot quieter.

After looking through the settings, I couldn't find anything to do with this. However, when I opened some applications to see if any applications were affecting it the volume returned to its original after I opened and closed the Camera application.

However, when the next song played the music returned to the previous quiet volume.
