iPhone X ICloud not syncing

On my IPhone X my photos won’t upload to iCloud neither is my device downloading my pictures. On the settings I have everything turned on correctly. On my previous device IPhone 7 Plus there was no problem and everything worked fine. Someone please help me with this problem, thank you in advance
