Apple TV 4k - Dolby Vision Glitches

My 4k Apple TV is great but when in Dolby Vision mode I sometimes see video glitches. I see it on the main app menu (Springboard?), in screen savers and some apps. I filmed it and uploaded an example to youtube:

I tried two different HDMI 2.0 cables and now I got an HDMI 2.1 cable. I don't see it in HDR mode or any other mode except Dolby Vision. This happened with iOS 11.0, 11.1, and 11.2 beta.

Has this happened to anyone else? Could this be a problem with my Apple TV? Got any suggestions on how to isolate where the problem may lie?

I found a solution - Instead of turning TruMotion off set it to User and set both sliders to 0.
