iOS Contacts Gone

I have always synced my contacts with 2013 Microsoft Outlook. I recently switch to Office 365 Exchange. I just synced by contacts again and all of my contacts in the iOS app have disappeared. Is there anything I can do to get my iOS contacts to sync with Office 365? My iTunes settings are still set to sync contacts with Outlook.
