Start Up Disk problem

Hi,

I'm using a MacBook Pro (Retina, 13-inch, Early 2015) El Capitan 10.11.6

I am getting warnings my start up disk is full and so I have deleted files etc but each time I restart the laptop the 'other' storage part of my system is filling up until the disk is full within about 30 minutes.
Help greatly appreciated.
