How do I save pictures on iPhone X?

Hello,

I just recently got an iPhone X and I was trying to figure out how to save photos on it. I know on the iPhone 8 and earlier versions there was a shortcut where you could just press the power button (on right hand side of body) and the finger scan/home button (on bottom front of phone) and it would instantly save the photo. Is there an option similar to that on the new iPhone X? If so, can someone let me know what that is? I'm trying to save pictures I find on websites and stuff to my phone. I appreciate any help.

For screenshots, see the following from How to take a screenshot on your iPhone, iPad, and iPod touch - Apple Support

On iPhone X

  1. Press and hold the Side button on the right side of your device.
  2. Immediately click the Volume up button on the left side, then release the buttons.
  3. A thumbnail of your screenshot appears in the lower-left corner of your device. Tap the thumbnail to add drawings and text with Markup, or press and hold the thumbnail to share the screenshot. Swipe left on the thumbnail to dismiss it.
