Cannot get my Apple ID reinstated - taking a week!!!!

My Apple ID was disabled more than 2 weeks ago due to an apparent fraud attempt.

Now that the issue has been resolved, I want my Apple ID reinstated. I have used your "i forgot Apple ID" part of the website and a message reply was that a call or text was going to be sent to my cell... never happened.

I want to get this resolved ASAP
