How to payoff Citizens One?

They are still charging me for a phone I bought at the Apple Store under Verizon, which Apple financed through Citizens One which I traded in for a new iPhone 7 and ported over to ATT in July 2017. So I’m paying for two phones one of which I no longer have. Nobody can help me.
