Can't redo hard drive no disk and no info on reinstall. I;m able to put windows 7 Premium in it how do I get the correct version of OS to go in IMAC

I have set up an Apple Account need to no how to partition Drive and download O.S.

Your mid 2010 21.5” iMac originally shipped with install discs which the seller should have included in the sale. It's possible, depending on when it was actually manufactured, that a retail Snow Leopard disc would work, but it's also possible that it won't because the original os could be a newer version than what's on the disc. You should be able to access internet recovery by restarting while holding the Option-Command-R keys until you see a spinning globe. Once connected you should be able to erase the hard drive and install a compatible version of Mac OS https://support.apple.com/en-us/HT201314
