How do I use my MacBook as a monitor for my iPhone

I have been going round and round trying to get Internet where I’m working right now and South Carolina out in the boonies. I extended my plan to include unlimited data and use of a hotspot from my phone. However not knowing that that’s a limiting feature in itself I’m back where I started. I work a lot in Photoshop on my computer and have to upload my photos. Is there way I can use my MacBook Pro as a monitor/X ternal hard drive to move my work to my phone and then upload?
