iPad 2017 Dock gestures not working.

Hello all,

Recently, after purchasing my new iPad 2017 (32GB, WiFi only) model a couple months ago.

I've noticed after updating, that my dock will not appear when I swipe up during an app, also swiping all the way up for multitasking does not work. Restarting the device makes it appear again, but it is very annoying having to restart, since this bug happens every hour. The iPad dock is still available on the home screen though. This bug was happening on the latest Developer Beta, so I reset my iPad now with no beta programs profiles. I am running iOS 11.1 latest.
