Contacts on windows to iPhone

Have managed to move everything except for my contacts from Windows Phone, which are also in Windows Live on the web, but they do not appear in the phone contact list, how do I make this happen without having to do them manually, as there are also the addresses that need moving, not just phone numbers. Any ideas, this is with Apple Phone X, thank you If you can help.

I tried to put the phone near my IPad, as suggested to move things over but either I did not have it in the right position, or it just did not want to work, if it had, would have saved me a lot of time.
