iPhone X notch fail

As far as I can tell it’s just happening with Facebook.

After exiting a video in landscape mode and using the phone as normal, the time, signal, wifi, and battery icons shift to the left off-screen.

I took a screenshot but in actual fact, you can’t see the signal or wifi icons. Just part of the battery icon and half of the time.

Screenshots obviously omit the notch and therefore include icons “behind” it.

Anyone else experiencing this?

I don't use Facebook, but you should be using the most current version (version 148 which was released on Nov. 7), as this is the most current version. Presumably each version includes more compatibility features for iPhone X.

You would think so.

I update every app as soon as it receives an update.

I hope Facebook sort this out soon.

Impossible to contact them directly.
