Bookmarks

I have 2 user logins, one business and one personal each with their own bookmarks in safari. After upgrading to High Sierra, the bookmarks have been combined. When I log in to my business, now my personal bookmarks show up in the favorites bar and vice versa.

How can I separate the bookmarks?

Mac mini, OS X Mavericks (10.9.1)

Are you signed into iCloud using the same Apple ID in both accounts and is Safari syncing checked on? If that is the case, uncheck Safari syncing. You will probably need to manually reset the Bookmarks as desired in each account.
