Question: Beachballing and slow performance w/ EtreCheck

For the past couple weeks, I cant spend more than 30 minutes on Google Chrome without beachballing, slowing down, and eventually becoming completely unresponsive. I am then forced to Force Restart. I'm pretty computer illiterate, hence why I need help determining the issue. Thank you in advance to anyone that can assist.

You may have a variant of InstallMac (trojan horse that you were tricked into installing).

It is possible that the files listed as deleted by etrecheck may have solved the problem, but will only be removed from your system after a Restart.

You also do not appear to have made a backup since March. You need to obtain a large External drive (2x to 3x the size of what needs to be saved). Do not pay extra for FAST. Turn on Time Machine and go about your business while it works automatically in the background.

One additional reason for the extreme slowness is that your boot drive may be failing. Making a backup is urgent.

No. The stuff you are trying to run should run happily in the RAM you have installed.

Insufficient RAM makes your Mac a little bit slow. Yours took ten times as long as it should have to complete the report (typically done in under 3 minutes). This could be caused by having to simulate that RAM on your drive, if your drive is getting near failing. But you are not inherently short of RAM.

But your RAM is full of AppNOS and AppNIB (which is not legitimate stuff, it is from the malware).

Since you have not backed up in a long time, Time Machine cannot use its usual trick of looking at the list of changed folders -- because that list is too old. So it will have to visit every folder. This takes a while.

One nice thing about Time Machine is that you can use your computer while it does this.

But you are trying to store 500GB of stuff onto a 500GB drive with a previous backup on it already. Time machine may ask if it can delete the previous backup. This is inconvenient, and is not the best way to have it work. With a bigger drive, it would just remove the oldest backups automatically and there would be room to proceed.
