Can't, not, install app ... or delete it (iPhone)

I once had an app on my phone. Habit Maker.

Deleted it directly on the phone.

When I now sync it says 'was not installed because the app could not be found'.

No way to 'remove' it ... it's not in the Apps list for the phone.

It's also not in the regular iTunes Apps list.

So I thought I should reinstall it and delete from iTunes.

But the app has been removed the App Store.

Then I looked for the 'ipa' file ... there is none.

Then I search my drive for anything with 'habit' via terminal and found nothing relevant.
