sms/txt msgs sorting in ios 11

has anybody experienced sms sorting problems with ios 11? this sorting problem did not exist with versions of ios 10. the problem exist when the clock is set to manual rather auto.sms msgs should be sorted in the ordr it arives not the time the is set on the recepients phone. what happens is that replies would be received before the recepients txt messages if his phone’s clock is set in advance.
