Family share option unresponsive!!

I was in the process of adding my mom to my family share list. The page loaded as though it was connecting her profile to mine >The page when back so now I’m on the 1st page option of the settings. I select my name at the top of settings, the family share icon is now gone! Light grey text in its place reads, “Family Information Is Not Available”. Please Help!! What do I do??
