"Books" not showing under Settings in iTunes (PC)

Trying to figure out why "Books" is not listed in iTunes under Settings, only in On My Device. I think it used to be, since there are a number of books on my Mini 2 that I previously transferred on my PC via iTunes. How do I add Books so I can add another? Thanks,
