I can't reset my Apple ID
I have done this reset 3 times now and never received the instructions to my phone only the certification numbers ... why am I not getting the instructions
Verification code? Is there a password box where you can enter the code? If you see a password box, enter the password (ABC) followed by the code (123) or ABC123.

Apple Support by e-mail or chat Select your device, Battery, Power and Charging, then Power adapter not working to get a chat option. If you need to talk to them, ask them if they will do a Skype or FaceTime with you.
