email problem

Hello,


I bought a Mac (big mistake?). Things were fine until I uploaded the new software (Mac OSHigh Sierra 10.13.1). Now whenever I want to send an email it won't send for a long, long time. It just "flashes"...the email comes up...goes...comes up...goes...but does not send. It can take hours and hours to send. Bad Mac? Bad software? Should I go back to Windows? I have heard Apple is having software problems,. Thanks in advance for any help!

You could ask for help troubleshooting your issue or you could go back to Windows, the choice is yours. If you decide to ask for help please provide your system details, what exactly you are doing when the error occurs? What error messages you receive? What email client you are using? What email provider? What model/year computer? What OS version? What third party apps are installed that claim to protect, clean, optimize, boost performance, etc.?
